Yellow Belly Toner is an yellow-based pigment used to correct blue or purple brows. This pigment is titanium dioxide-free and provides warm, sheer coverage for brows that are a touch too cool or brown.

Directions for use: Do not mix with water or other thinning agents. To change consistency, only use Perma Blend Thinning or Shading Solutions.
