Perma Blend Mallard - 1/2 oz

Mallard is a cool, medium value, ashy green-brown eyebrow pigment with a yellow base. Less yellow than Roots, making it slightly darker. Perfect for blonde or light to medium brown eyebrows.

Directions for use: Do not mix with water or other thinning agents. To change consistency, only use Perma Blend Thinning or Shading Solutions.
