Grassy Toner is a green-based toner. Used to correct colors like red/orange-brown. This pigment is titanium dioxide-free and provides cool, sheer coverage for brows that are a touch too warm.

Directions for use: Do not mix with water or other thinning agents. To change consistency, only use Perma Blend Thinning or Shading Solutions.
