Perma Blend Blackish Brown - 1/2 oz 

The darkest of our darker and very cool browns. Ideal for eyebrows for melanin-rich skin clients, this ink/pigment also serves lovely as an eyeliner color. Great to darken other colors by adding a few drops. Warm it up with Blazing Copper!
