Evenflo Neutralizer - 1/2 oz 

Intensely pigmented bright orange with a warm undertone.

Suggested use: This pigment is specifically formulated to neutralize dark bluish hues. This color can be used on lips straight or mixed with target color.

For blue eyebrow correction use diluted Neutralizer. Can be added to lip or brow colors to prevent becoming blue.
