Perma Blend Thick Shading Solution - 1/2 oz

Thick Shading Solution contains more glycerin. The higher glycerin load will not only lessen the pigmentation of your ink, it will also make the texture and volume slightly thicker.

Directions for use: To change consistency of Perma Blend pigments, only use Perma Blend Shading Solutions.
