We are an online-only retailer based on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. While we do not have a physical storefront, we offer a local pick-up option for customers on the island. Simply select local pick-up at checkout and contact us to arrange a convenient pick-up time.

 

Shipping Policy

We offer fast and reliable shipping to all U.S. locations.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: Varies by shipping carrier and option

Shipment Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address details provided at checkout. Once your order is shipped and marked as delivered, we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly:

Please note: We do not offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen items.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or tariffs.

 

Return & Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds on the following items: Pigments, cartridges, machines, anesthetics, disinfectants, clearance items, and opened or used products. These are final sale.

Returns: Eligible within 14 days of purchase date for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Refunds: Returns will be inspected upon receipt. We’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Exchanges: Only for defective or damaged items. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Late Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, check with your bank or credit card provider as it may take time to process.
